• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance 70% must be paid up to 30 days before arrival at the facility.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

K Possidi Sea View Vilas 7&8 are located in Possidi on Kassandra and are about 200 meters from the beach. It is suitable for up to 8 adults.

Accommodation

The units on the ground floor have a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a private bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and a small bathroom with only a sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as parking for up to 2 cars.

The villa is equipped with a terrace with outdoor furniture and a beautifully landscaped yard, which offers guests a pleasant stay outdoors.
