Pets policy
• Upon request, only animals up to 15kg are allowed.
• Pets are allowed only in rooms with balconies, NOT IN THE LOFT.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Aether Green Apartments is a newly-built, traditional accommodation complex in the picturesque seaside village of Nea Roda, on the peninsula of Athos, 500 meters from the beach. It is a place with ecological sensitivities, where the protection of the natural environment is a main concern.
The complex creates an environment of comfort and tranquility. It consists of 9 attractive units which combine elegance and simplicity, providing state-of-the-art equipment and attentive service for all your needs.
The accommodation is set in the welcoming green courtyard where you can relax during your summer vacation. Here you can enjoy the coolness of the shade in the company of beautiful Greek melodies. In the evening, you can get a drink under the starry sky next to the enchanting olive trees.
Accommodation
The complex features three types of accommodation units:
• Family Suite
• Friends Suite
• Superior Twin Loft
Family Suite can accommodate up to 4 guests, and it contains a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a double sofa bed. Friends Suite accommodates up to 3 guests. It features a king-size bed/two twin beds and a single sofa bed. The suites also offer private balconies (8m2) and lovely views of the vast meadow of the Canal of Xerxes.
Superior Twin Loft is specially designed for couples and features a double bed (170x200cm). The Loft doesn't own a terrace, but it has a private table in the shared yard.
Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower cabin and a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen that includes a stove, a fridge, a coffee machine, a toaster, and kitchen utensils.
The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, Smart LED TVs, ceiling fans, safe boxes, and workspaces. Each room has 100% cotton towels and bed linen provided. They also feature special eco-friendly amenities and access to the shared yard and washing machine.
Garbage is taken out of the rooms daily, towels are changed every other day, while cleaning and bed linen replacing is done every three days.
Free private parking space is provided.
