Aegean Sands Maisonette

Aegean Sands Maisonette is located in the village of Siviri, on the Kassandra peninsula in the Halkidiki region, approximately 325 meters from the beach. The maisonette is situated in the central part of the village, close to shops, bakeries, tavernas, and other amenities intended for guests’ daily needs. The accommodation is suitable for up to 6 persons.

Accommodation

Aegean Sands Maisonette is organized as an independent maisonette spread across two levels and includes a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, two bathrooms, a terrace, a private garden, and an outdoor barbecue area.

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living room intended for everyday use and relaxation. The space includes two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed suitable for accommodating two persons. This area also features a TV and air conditioning and is connected to the kitchen and dining area.

Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a large double bed intended for two persons, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to a large private terrace. The second bathroom, equipped with a shower, is also located on the upper floor.

The kitchen is functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay and connected to the dining area. Guests have access to essential kitchen appliances and utensils for everyday use. One bathroom is located on the ground floor, while the second bathroom is situated upstairs.

The outdoor area includes a covered terrace with outdoor seating furniture and an outdoor dining area, as well as a private garden. Guests also have access to a built-in outdoor barbecue intended for meal preparation during the stay.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and provides Wi-Fi internet access. The maisonette is equipped with three air conditioning units, and guests are provided with bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, as well as extra pillows and blankets.

One private parking space for a medium-sized vehicle is available within the property, while free street parking is also available near the accommodation.

The property is available for bookings from June until mid-September.
