Description

Neptune Sea House is located 70 meters from the beach in Siviri, on the Kassandra Peninsula. The villa accommodates up to 12 adults and 3 children and features a fenced garden.

Accommodation

The villa is spread over three levels connected by stairs.

The ground floor features three sleeping areas that do not have doors and are therefore only partially separated from one another. The first area includes a sofa bed and a small fold-out sofa, the second has two single beds, and the third features a double bed.

The first floor consists of an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom.

The second floor includes an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and two bedrooms with double beds.

The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa offers two terraces with outdoor seating and dining areas.

Guests can enjoy a private garden with outdoor furniture, and barbecue facilities are available upon request.

Parking is available on the surrounding streets or in a public parking area located 100 meters from the property.
