• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure,100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

A Ponte Studios and Apartments is located on Sithonia peninsula in Sykia, while Sikia Beach is 1.5 km away. A supermarket for the general supplies can be found 300 m away and the nearest restaurant is at a distance of 1.5 km. The popular seaside village of Nikiti is 54 km away and Macedonia International Airport is 142 km away.

Accommodation

Ponte Studios & Apartments offer a garden with sun terrace and a children’s playground.

Simply yet tastefully decorated, all air-conditioned studios and apartments of A Ponte open to a balcony. Each has a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with dining table and cooking hobs, while some come with a separate bedroom and a living room.

Superior family studios contain a double and bunk beds.

The shower with a glass cabin is located on the first floor, where the studios have an entrance from the road and a terrace at the backside. Ground floor studios have showers without glass cabins.

Guests may enjoy the BBQ facilities available at the property. A garden with grassy areas and a children’s playground for the younger guests’ entertainment are offered.

Smeštaj je veoma čist i dobro održavan, što svakako zaslužuje pohvalu. Sve je uredno i jasno je da se vodi računa o higijeni. Međutim, celokupno iskustvo nije bilo opuštajuće. Deca nigde ne smeju da se igraju loptom, čak ni pored bazena — što nije navedeno nigde na sajtu. Takođe, deca mlađa od 14 godina ne mogu biti na bazenu bez nadzora odraslih, što takođe nije prethodno naglašeno. Vlasnici provode ceo dan sedeći u baru pored bazena i pažljivo posmatraju goste. Stalno imate osećaj da ste pod prismotrom, što oduzima svaku udobnost. Posebno jedan stariji gospodin je bio naročito neprijatan i neljubazan, što je dodatno stvaralo napetu i neprijatnu atmosferu. Ako tražite čist smeštaj gde je tišina zlata vredna, a vi ste pod stalnim nadzorom, ovo bi mogao biti pravi izbor za vas. Ali, ako želite opušten i prijateljski odmor — možda bi trebalo da potražite neku drugu opciju.
