• Every additional person - 15 EUR/ per night.
• First child up to 11.99 years old stays for free. Second child as an additional person - 15 EUR / per night
• Check out: until 11:00, check in: after 15:00 until 18:30.
• Pets are not allowed.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Environmental tax (3€ per day/ per suite) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for one adult or 2 children. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a toaster, a milk frother, a microwave oven, two glass ceramic hotplates, and kitchen utensils. Bathroom is equipped with a shower.
• Creativity Suite No. 3 - Suitable for 4 adults and 1 child. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the second has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a milk frother, a microwave oven and two glass ceramic hotplates. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
• Passion Suite No. 6 – Suitable for 5 adults or up to 4 adults and 2 children. It is located on the first floor. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the second has two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for two more people. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a milk frother, a microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, and two glass ceramic hotplates. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The terrace offers a partial view of the sea.
• Inspiration Suite No. 7 - Suitable for 3 adults or up to 2 adults and 2 children, located on the first floor. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room suitable for two more people. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a milk frother, a microwave oven and two glass ceramic hotplates. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Guests of this unit can enjoy a partial view of the sea and the forest.
• Pride Suite No. 8 - Suitable for 5 adults or up to 4 adults and 2 children. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the second has two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for two more people. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a toaster, kitchen utensilsa milk frother, a microwave oven and two glass ceramic hotplates. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Guests can enjoy the landscaped yard, as well as the pool, which has a section suitable for children. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool are free for guests.
Guests have access to a TV in every room, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning and a hair dryer. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every two days.
