• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Zoi’s House in Aspovalta is located in the resort of Asprovalta, within the Thessaloniki region, just about 35 meters from the beach. The property offers one accommodation unit suitable for up to 3 persons.

This is a ground-floor studio, organized as a functional unit suitable for up to 3 guests.

The studio consists of one open-plan space featuring a sleeping area with a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining area, and a separate bathroom.

The double bed is intended for two persons, while the sofa bed can accommodate a third guest. This area also includes a dining table, TV, and air conditioning. The living area provides access to a terrace furnished with a seating set.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation during the stay.

The bathroom is separate and includes shower and washing machine.

The accommodation also features a terrace with outdoor furniture and a dining area.
