Description

Zhenia First Line Villa Fourka is a luxury property located in the village of Fourka, on the Kassandra peninsula. It is only 100 meters from the beach and 92.4 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The maximum capacity of this villa is 10 persons (7 adults and 3 children).

Accommodation

The villa features three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a veranda, and a beautifully landscaped yard.

The first two bedrooms each contain one double bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two double mattresses. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The spacious and air-conditioned living room includes one sofa bed and an LCD TV. In the same area, there is a very well-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, large refrigerator, and dishwasher.

The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower cabin, toilet, washbasin, bidet, and washing machine. The villa also has a separate toilet with a toilet and washbasin.

In the yard with a carefully maintained lawn, there are sun loungers, and a barbecue is available upon request. The villa also features a large veranda with comfortable outdoor furniture.

The entire complex is covered by free wireless internet. One parking space is provided, and it is also possible to park a vehicle on the street in front of the complex. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
