• In the case of children aged 5-12 staying in the accommodation, the price of the arrangement is reduced by 7 EUR per child/per day (REGARDING THE PRICES SHOWN IN THE TABLES, NOT THE AMOUNT CALCULATED BY THE SYSTEM) and if children under 5 years old are also staying, 14 EUR are deducted from the stated amount (this price is actually the price of breakfast for an adult person, which is included in the specified amount in the table).
• The price of a studio for two adults and a child up to 5 years of age can be reduced only in the case of only one adult and a child under 5 years staying in it.
• Note: The tourist tax (€2 per day / per studio) is not included in the regular prices and should be paid at the hotel.
Note
• Children under the age of 5 do not have breakfast included in the price (which is why there are price reductions during their stay), and an additional payment for it can be made at any time and during the stay if the guests decide that they still need it for a lsmall child, regardless of the generous portions that guests can certainly count on (and which are usually enough for an entire family of three with a small child).
Breakfast & meals
• Breakfast is included in the price. The breakfast is very plentiful, prepared individually and in agreement with the guest (the host's recommendation is eggs, prepared in various ways) and from the freshest and most often homemade foods. Tt can be savoury (egg, toast, sausages...) or sweet (marmelade, honey, butter, various sweet spreads such as cream bueno, strawberry, and chocolate, croissants, commisbrot, rolls, cereals...). The breakfast also includes coffee, juice, milk, chocolate milk, yogurt…
• Supplement for half-board, which includes an additional meal lunch/early dinner (served until 6 PM) is 18 EUR per person, 10 EUR for children aged 5-12, and for children under 5 is optional - with additional payment possible on site.
It is also prepared individually, and the "menu" is agreed upon with the host during breakfast that day (we advise the day before, if it is a matter of preparing a meal that requires more time and organization). The guest can also opt for a "more expensive" meal, such as fresh fish, with a minimal surcharge for that meal.
Meals are served in the bar restaurant of our hotel, set right next to the beach.
Payment and cancellation policy:
• Reservation implies payment of 30% of the deposit of the total price of the arrangement, with the possibility of refunding money (60% of the deposit amount) upon cancellation, but at least 60 days before the start of the arrangement.

Description
Hotel Xerxis is located right on the sandy beach in Nea Roda, along with the on-site bar and restaurant. Offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi and sea or quiet street views.
The hotel beach is equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs that hotel guests can use for free, with an ordered drink.
Guests can take a stroll through the cobbled streets of the beach, where they will find bars, cafes and taverns. Ierissos has located 5 km from the hotel, and Ouranopolis 8 km. The route to Mount Athos takes 30 minutes by boat. There is free parking near the property.
In front of the hotel, on the grassy part of the bar-restaurant "Xerxis", right next to the beach there is a children's park - outdoor playground, which is also a part of Xerxis Hotel.
Room service is also available to guests 24 hours a day.

Accommodation
Xerxis Hotel has 8 studios with a balcony, 5 of which overlook the sea, and the other 3 on a quiet street, as is most of the place. All accommodation units were renovated during 2023 (the accommodation was painted, the mattresses were changed, and most of the interior was refreshed).
The studios have a fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils for preparing meals, as well as a coffee machine (available upon request). The studios are equipped with TV (satellite TV, as well as Serbian and Russian channels).
Guests have access to equipment for children for free (cot and cradle in the accommodation, chairs for feeding children in the bar-restaurant or in the accommodation).
• Triple Studio (approx. 21m²) with sea view includes one double bed and one single bed or three single beds, free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, kitchenette and a TV. Its windows overlook the sea. Can accommodate up to 3 persons.
• Triple Studio (approx. 21m²) with a view of Nea Roda includes one double bed and one single bed or three single beds, free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, kitchenette, TV, and private balcony. Can accommodate up to 3 persons.
Hotel Xerxis also offers four-bed studios: one with a view of the sea and one with a view of Nea Roda. They have two classic beds, or one double and a bunk bed.
It also has a five-bed studio with a sea view (24 m²), which has a double bed, bunk beds and an additional pull-out bed, suitable for families with three children.

Pre četiri godine sam bila u ovom smeštaju,ove godine ponovo i sledeće godine ćemo sigurno opet ići. Ovaj smeštaj i mesto pružaju sve ono što je mojoj duši neophodno 😊 Jako ljubazni vlasnici, spremni da izađu u susret, jako čist smeštaj, odlično opremljen, na savršenoj lokaciji! Jutarnje kafe na plaži, uz šum talasa su nezaboravne i imaju terapijsko dejstvo. Mi smo svih deset dana i ručali u smeštaju, bukvalno ne znam šta je bilo bolje i ukusnije, ogromna salata koja nam je nažalost svaki dan ostajala, preobimne porcije a cene su veoma pristupačne. Na dva koraka od plaže sa tušem, ovaj smeštaj je za mene savršen. Nea Roda je predivno malo simpatično mesto, koje osvaja svačije srce

Bili ove godine i super nam je bilo. Pravo mesto za odmor, ko voli tiha i mirna mesta. Nema prevelike gužve, smeštaj pristojan, hrana ukusna, vlasnici ljubazni, pre svega veoma operativni.

Bili smo u septembru 2025 Pristojan i veoma čist smeštaj. Doručak obilan, a do prelepe uređene tirkizne plaže ima svega 20 metara. Pored plaže je restoran i ležaljke, a za decu postoji igralište. Pored apartmana je i ogroman parking, što je veoma praktično. Vlasnici su izuzetno ljubazni – veliki pozdrav za Katarinu i njenog supruga. Idealno mesto za porodice sa malom decom. Topla preporuka!
