Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled up to 30 days before departure, 30% of the price will be kept.
• If canceled from 29 to 20 days before departure, 40% of the price will be kept.
• If canceled from 19 to 10 days before departure, 50% of the price will be kept.
• If canceled from 9 to 4 days before departure, 75% of the price will be kept.
• If canceled up to 3 days before departure, 85% of the price will be kept.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Xenonas Apollon is a family-run aparthotel set in Sarti, only 50m from the sea. Opened in July 2006, it has a traditional architecture with 10 units on three different levels. On foot you can reach many shops and tavernas, cafes and restaurants that offer good, inexpensive and traditional Greek and Mediterranean dishes.
The hotel has a roof terrace with views over the sea and Mount Athos, where you can read, sunbathe or relax your mind. Through our elevated position all our apartments have a nice view of the sea. Very cozy evenings are held in our stylish courtyard.
Accommodation
There are double and triple rooms, quadruple two-room and suites with and without living room.
All rooms of Xenonas Apollon are fully equipped and autonomous. They are comfortable and bright, thus giving a light luxury. Decorated with personal care, warm colors and painting frames. They have air conditioning, kitchenette, refrigerator, fitted wardrobe, shower, safety deposit box, mosquito nets, satellite TV and free wireless internet access.
The bathrooms have a shower, a hairdryer can be provided upon request and the washing machine can be used in agreement with the owners.
Rooms are cleaned every three days. There is a private parking.
