Villa Thea is located in Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 370 meters from the beach. This villa is designed to accommodate up to 7 guests. Situated in a peaceful area, the property features a private swimming pool, a landscaped garden, and private parking.

Accommodation

Villa Thea consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two private bathrooms, terraces, and a private swimming pool.

The three bedrooms are furnished with double beds and can accommodate up to six guests, while an additional sleeping space is available in the living room. The living room serves as the central gathering area and is connected to the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is equipped for independent meal preparation during your stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and tea maker, electric kettle, dining table, basic cooking equipment, cookware, serving dishes, and kitchen utensils.

The villa features two private bathrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Guests are provided with a hairdryer, shampoo, liquid soap, shower gel, conditioner, and hot water throughout their stay.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, a TV, washing machine, iron, mosquito nets, bed linen, towels, and beach essentials.

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, landscaped garden, terraces, and outdoor relaxation areas overlooking the surroundings. The villa also features a private entrance and offers ample space for relaxation and everyday activities during the holiday.
