• Minimum stay from 01.05. to 30.10. is 5 nights. Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 10:00.

• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation for stays during July & August is canceled at any moment, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• If a reservation for any other period is canceled up to 20 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Sunset Albatross is situated in Nea Potidea, a place at the very beginning of the Kassandra peninsula. Its location allows comfortable movement in the rest of Halkidiki, so you can explore the whole first leg of Kassandra, the second of Sithonia or reach Ammouliani, the only island in Macedonia. The nearest beach is 300 meters away.

Accommodation

It's a spacious two-level maisonette with a garden and BBQ facilities. Also, there is a free parking lot. On the first level, there is the main living room and a kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.On the second level, there is a bedroom that is not separated, a bathroom and a kitchenette. In every bedroom, there is a king size bed.

Villa Sunset Albatross can accommodate up to 8 adults.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided, and guests can change them as needed.

A swimming pool is available in the garden (3.5x8 meters, 1.40 meters depth).
