• The above prices are in euros per villa/night. The prices concern adults and children 2+ years old. For children under 2 years old, there is no charge
• Mandatory cleaning fee - 100 EUR/ per stay.
• Deposit in case of damage on arrival and returned to the guest on the day of departure - 300 €
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/room) is not included in regular prices.
• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Sofia's is located in Nikiti (Aigialou street), in a quiet area, 200-250m from the sea and 2 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket.

Accommodation

The house has been renovated in winter 2023-2024. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 43'' Smart TV, and a brand-new bathroom with a shower. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a renovated bathroom with a washing machine. There is also a loft with 3 single beds (if needed there is an extra folding bed). The house has got a garden with a barbecue and free space for parking. There is a baby bed and baby chair if needed. All rooms have air conditioning.

The renovation concerns:

▪️ Heating insulation (the house is cooler)
▪️ New bathrooms
▪️ New ceiling window in the attic
▪️ New glass bricks in the living room
▪️ New air-conditioning system in one room
