Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 40 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Sofia is an exclusive independent villa situated only a few meters away from beautiful, sandy Lichnos beach. The villa is situated in a tranquil area, 2,5 kilometers from the centre of Parga and it is ideal for guests who prefer to be away from the centre in peaceful surroundings.

It is extremely comfortable accommodation with high standards, gardens, common barbeque facilities, big terraces outside with side sea views.

Accommodation

Villa consists of 3 apartments, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The apartment on the upper floor is for those who require something special and are interested to be in a place like your house and not just in a small apartment. In the lower part of the house you can rent the other 2 luxuriously constructed apartments.

Apartment 1

This apartment is very spacious: 1 bedroom, 1 living room, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner, TV and bathroom with shower. This apartment has room for 3 persons (maximum 2 adults and 2 children).

Apartment 2

Apartment for two couples or families with older children (maximum 4 persons). Two large bedrooms offer enough space to sleep, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner, TV and bathroom with shower. From the bedrooms you have access to the terrace and the garden with citrus trees and many flowers.

Apartment 3 (unavailable for season 2025)

Lux apartment 80 square meters is ready to accomodate a family of 4-5 persons or a group of friends. The living room, the kitchen and the dining room are surrounded by a big terrace with comfortable furniture, spectacular view of the Ionian sea, the lemon-orange trees, the olive groves which reach until the beach and the green-blue water of Lichnos bay. The two large and comfortable bedrooms with high quality furniture offer you a relaxed sleep. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary devices. Enjoy your meals in the "unique" terrace with fabulous view of the sea and the colorful, fragnance garden.

Moreover, the apartment provides you with full HD television, audio system with many cd's, air condition and a small library. The apartments are cleaned on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Of course, you can use all the common places on the ground floor of the Villa, the barbecue, the outdoor shower and the garden furniture.
