In the distance of 5 km from the famous Grand Resort Porto Carras & Casino, village Neos Marmaras with developed infrastructure (bank, supermarket, post, medical and dentist office, taverns & restaurant, hair salon, police station) and 1 km to water Sports and Greek traditional tavern The Pirate. Can accommodate 6 persons.

An 80 sq.m., 3 floors, fully furnished and air-conditioned, comfortably accommodates 6 people, potentially 1 extra person on the couch in living room.

The ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room

1st floor: two bedrooms the one with a double bed and the other one with a single bed and an additional single bed that can be pulled out, and a bathroom

2nd floor: Attic with a double bed.
