Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Villa Rodia is located on a hill above Potos, on the island of Thassos, about 1.5 km from the beach. It offers accommodation for up to 10 people with a beautiful view, yard and parking.

Accommodation

Villa Rodia offers one spacious apartment located on the first floor. It consists of three double rooms and one triple room, accommodating 9 adults. In one of the double rooms a bunk bed may be placed, so one extra child can stay.

Each room has its own air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, and private bathroom with a shower.

Wi-Fi internet is provided, but it should be noted that the signal is weak. Cleaning of accommodation and replacement of bed linen and towels are done every 3 days.

The comfortable living room is connected to the kitchen, which includes a two-burner stove, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

The apartment has two terraces - one overlooking the sea in the distance, and the other overlooking the olive groves.

Guests have access to a spacious yard with a lockable gate, brick barbecue, outside seating and dining area, and parking.

The owner lives on the ground floor of the villa and remains at guests' disposal during their stay.
