Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Villa Pirofani consists of 9 triple studios and 3 quadruple studios.

Each triple studio has a double bed and a single bed. Triple studios No.1, No.2, No.5 and No.6 are located on the ground floor; triple studios No.7, No.8, No.9 and No.10 are located on the 1st floor; One triple studio No.12 is located on the 2nd floor.

Two quadruple studios are located on the ground floor (No.3 and No.4) and one quadruple studio is located on the 2nd floor (No.11).

Quadruple studio No.3 includes a double bed and a single bed. Quadruple studio No.4 has a double bed, a single bed and one sofa. Quadruple studio No.11 has a double bed and a bunk bed.
