Villa Perkemes is situated in a very quiet area of Parga, behind Valtos beach, offers guests an ideal place for a peaceful and pleasant holiday.

Hardly 450 meters distance from beautiful Valtos beach and 1.600 meters away from the center of Parga, Villa Perkemes is surrounded by orange and lemon trees and a beautiful garden.

The owners of this lovely villa take great care of the property and their guests, who are made to feel very welcome in beautiful surroundings.

Accommodation

Villa Perkemes has 8 apartments, each one can sleep up to 4 persons and there are 4 apartments situated on the ground floor and 4 apartments on the first floor.
Each apartment consists of one large separate bedroom, one separate kitchen, a large bathroom and two balconies (one front and one at the rear).

All apartments are ideal for two-three adults and also for families of 4 persons. The extra beds can be either in the large bedroom or in the kitchen.

Next to the main building there is a small villa that can accommodate up to 4 people and contains a double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in the kitchen area. It is suitable for three adults or 2 adults and 2 children (an adult can sleep on the lower bed, but not on the upper one).

The accommodation is well furnished and equipped to a very high standard and all the apartments have air conditioning, satellite television, and large balconies with mosquito nets overlooking the gardens and the mountains. There is also private parking for the cars.

Nearby Villa Perkemes in 300 meters distance, there are restaurants, bars, cafeterias and Mini markets and also there is a swimming pool for use of all guests.

Villa Perkemes is recommended to guests, who enjoy a peaceful holiday near the beautiful beach of Valtos.

Bili smo u Junu 2024, smestaj je ODLICAN !!! Mirno,iizuzetno cisto, gazdarica svaki dan cisti, obezbedjen parking, noci sveze zbog okolnih planina. Gazdarica Frederiki uvek nasmejana i za sve dostupna. Plaza Valtos je blizu kros sumicu 7-8 min. pesaka ,cista pescana, siroka...

Odličan smeštaj u mirnom kraju, blizu Valtos plaže. Domaćini preljubazni, posvećeni svom poslu i gostima. Komletan utisak sjajan, i o Perkamesu i o Pargi, kao predivnom mestu, za jedan lep i opušten odmor. Sve preporuke i vrlo rado bi ponovili ovakav aranžman, zahvaljujući i vašem sajtu na profesionalnosti i saradnji.

Bili smo smesteni u vili Perkemes 01-16.07.2022 i veoma smo zadovoljni.Smeštaj je za svaku preporuku i nadam se cemo i sledece godine biti gosti vile Perkemes. Veliki i komotni apartmani sa terasom.Mesta za parkiranjje automobila ima dovoljno. Sve pohvale za gazdaricu Frederiku koja je divna zena i uvek je tu ukoliko nesto zatreba. Čišćenje i iznošenje smeća je svakodnevno, zamena peškira svaki drugi, a posteljine svaki treći dan.Jedina mala zamerka jer nema komarnika na balkonskim vratima Plaza Valtos se nalazi na 6-7 min laganog hoda kroz sumicu.
