Description

Villa Pavlos Helios is located in a quiet part of Pefkohori and is about a 10-minute walk from the center of the town, towards Paliouri. It is surrounded by a fenced yard full of greenery. The nearest beach is 350 meters away, a 5-minute walk from where the city beach ends.

It offers apartments suitable for families of four, a swimming pool, and parking.

Accommodation

The villa consists of 6 apartments that have a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The area of each apartment is 35m2.

The living room featuress a sofa bed and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large refrigerator, a flat plate with two hotplates, dishes and cutlery.
The bedroom has a double bed, storage space, dressing table, TV and safe. From the living room and the bedroom there is access to a large terrace with a table and chairs. Each apartment has a private bathroom with a shower.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet. Bed linen and towels are changed depending on the length of the guests' stay, no later than 5-6 days.

All apartments face the sea and overlook the courtyard of the villa. Guests have access to a small pool located in the yard.

Behind the villa, on the street, there are several parking spaces. Also, a couple of cars can be parked in the yard. Pets are welcome.
