Description

Villa Parisis is located in Skala Sotiros, on the island of Thassos, approximately 265 m from the beach. This ground-floor house with a private swimming pool can accommodate up to 7 guests and is a suitable choice for families and smaller groups looking for a peaceful holiday in a pleasant setting. Guests have access to a private swimming pool, landscaped courtyard, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and private parking.

Accommodation

Villa Parisis is a ground-floor house featuring two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one private bathroom, a covered terrace, and a fenced courtyard.

The first bedroom is furnished with one double bed suitable for two guests. The second bedroom features two smaller double beds, accommodating up to four guests. An additional sleeping place is available in the living room, where there is one sofa bed suitable for one guest, allowing the villa to accommodate a total of seven guests.

The living room serves as the central space for relaxation and socializing. Guests have access to a TV and an indoor wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere during their stay.

The kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals and is equipped with a stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dining table, and kitchen utensils.

The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet. A hair dryer and hot water are also provided.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi internet, TV, washing machine, bed linen, and a smoke alarm.

In front of the entrance, there is a fenced terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the courtyard. The beautifully landscaped courtyard features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower, swings, gazebo, and gas barbecue, providing a pleasant outdoor area for relaxation throughout the day.

Guests have access to free private parking within the property.

Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is carried out midway through the stay.

At the edge of the property, there is a fenced area with a caravan where the owners stay. This area is separated from the part intended for guests.
