• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid in cash the first day upon arrival.
• Minimum stay is 6 nights.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, or in a case of no-show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Mond Sea View Apartments is located 250 meters from the beach in Kinira, on the island of Thassos. The complex offers accommodation for 4–8 guests, featuring sea views, a beautifully landscaped garden, and private parking.

Accommodation

There is a total of 4 accommodation units available – two apartments and two maisonettes.

The apartments, located on the ground floor and suitable for up to 4 guests, have identical layout and equipment. Each includes a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher. In front of each apartment, there is a seating area with a sea view.

The maisonettes are located on the first and second floors, and each can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. They are spread over two levels – the first level includes a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a toilet, while the second level features three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer, a 4-ring stovetop, and an oven. Guests have access to terraces on both levels, offering beautiful sea views.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, and mosquito nets. Cleaning is done daily, while towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen every 5 days. A shared washing machine is also available.

The complex features a lovely garden with a gazebo, barbecue, outdoor dining area, and free private parking.
