Villa Milica

Villa Milica is located approximately 300 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. Guests have access to a fenced yard, two terraces, private parking, and amenities suitable for a comfortable family holiday.

Accommodation

Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with one double bed and one extra single bed. The additional separate room is equipped with a sofa bed for two people, allowing accommodation for up to six adults and four children.

The living room is intended for everyday relaxation and is connected to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is suitable for self-catering and includes a large refrigerator with freezer, a four-burner stovetop, an oven, a coffee maker, and a dining area.

The villa has four private bathrooms. All bathrooms are identically equipped and include a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

The property is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine.
