Villa Milica is located 300 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children and features a private yard and two terraces.

The villa offers three bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and four bathrooms.

The kitchen includes a large refrigerator with a freezer, a 4-burner stovetop, an oven, a coffee machine, and a dining area.
