Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Mellifera is located in Limenaria, on the island of Thassos, approximately 1.8 km from the beach and the town center. The property is newly built and consists of several accommodation units – studios and apartments, suitable for 2 to 5 guests.

Accommodation

Villa Mellifera offers a total of five modernly furnished units: two studios, two one-bedroom apartments, and one two-bedroom apartment. All units have a private entrance and a terrace.

Ground Floor Studio (2 persons)

This studio is suitable for two guests and features a double bed. It includes a kitchenette, while the bathroom with a shower is separate. The studio has access to a terrace and a private entrance.

First Floor Studio (2–3 persons)

This unit features a double bed and an additional sofa bed. The kitchenette is part of the space, and the bathroom with a shower is separate. The studio has access to a terrace.

One-Bedroom Apartment – Ground Floor (2–4 persons)

The bedroom includes a double bed, while the living room features two sofa beds. The kitchen is part of the living area, and the bathroom with a shower is separate. The apartment has access to a terrace.

Two-Bedroom Apartment – Ground Floor (2–5 persons)

This apartment includes two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen is organized as a kitchenette, and the bathroom is separate. The apartment has access to a terrace.

One-Bedroom Apartment – First Floor (2–4 persons)

This apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed suitable for two children. The kitchenette is part of the living area. The bathroom with a shower is separate, and the apartment has a terrace.

Ground floor units are accessible via a few steps and are therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Please note that due to smoke detectors, both smoking and frying are not allowed inside the accommodation units.

Cleaning, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is carried out every four days.

A baby cot can be provided upon request.

Guests have access to a yard with a landscaped garden, outdoor seating area, and barbecue facilities. The property also offers private parking with video surveillance.

For children, there is a playground in the yard with a small slide, chairs, a playhouse, and various toys.
