Description

Villa Maria is located about 200 meters from the beach, in Asprovalta, close to the center of Asprovalta, but far enough from the noise, next to the supermarket, pharmacy and doctors offices.

Accommodation

Villa Maria consists of 9 studios for 2-3 people, each with a standard double and semi-double bed. All units are modernly decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities to guarantee quality time for its residents.

Each room has a flat LCD TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with 24/7 hot water, a private balcony with garden view and of course access to Wi-Fi internet.

Accommodation is not cleaned during the stay, while bed linen & towels are provided upon arrival.

Our residents can enjoy breakfast with an extra daily fee. They can also have their coffee or refreshment in our cafeteria, enjoying the dew of our kiosks. Our BBQ facility is there to use when necessary, to prepare your dinner or lunch. Private parking is available for our residents.

Bio sam ovdje prije 8 godina. Gazdarica Maria , odlicna, ljubazna, prijatna, u svakom momentu na raspolaganju sta god da treba. Sve pohvale i preporuke za Villa Maria. Blizu je plaza, more toplo uvijek, a voda je kristalno cista. Asprovalta savrseno mjesto za odmor. Nadam se ponovnom susretu. Veliki pozdrav.

Najveći utisak su nam bili divni i srdačni ljudi, gazde koje su nam pomogle u svakom trenutku. Inače,najbolja lokacija u Asprovalti, van gužve i noćne buke a ipak u centru, plaža je preblizu. Preporuka za smeštaj i veliki pozdrav za baku Lolu! Volimo vas puno!
