Description
Villa Evelin is located in the center of Asprovalta, about 100 meters from the beach, with a children's playground and many restaurants, cafeterias, taverns, and beach bars in the area. The villa offers accommodation for 3-5 people per room with a Jacuzzi Pool Garden, Barbecue, and private parking.
Accommodation
The complex has a total of 4 accommodation units.• Deluxe Studio 201 - Can accommodate 4 people and contains 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Offers a private balcony with sea view.
• Deluxe Studio 202 - Can accommodate 3 people and contains 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Offers a private balcony with sea view.
• Two Bedroom - Apartment 203 - Can accommodate 5 people. It has two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with one double bed and a single bed. Offers 2 private balconies with sea view.
• Superior Studio 204 - Can accomodate 5 people and contains 2 doubles and one single bed. Offers aprivate balcony with pool-garden view.
All units have a kitchen that includes a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a two-burner stovetop, and the bigger rooms have a microwave.
They also have private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers, as well as terraces with tables and chairs.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, and a safe. Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed every 3-4 days.
The complex has a very nicely organized garden with a Jacuzzi Pool outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
Guests have free access to a fenced area where they can park their car, which is located about 500 meters from Villa Evelin.

Sjajan smeštaj sa jednom ozbiljnom manom. No, prvo lepe stvari, a mana na kraju. Mi bismo išli tamo opet, jer je redak tako normalan smeštaj, gde sve funkcioniše, a dočeka vas i sapun, deterdžent, sunđer, krpa... Vaše je da uživate! TV nismo uključili nijednom, kao ni klimu, Wi-Fi je spor, ali stabilan, parkinga često nema ispod prozora, ali ima niz ulicu, i nikako ne može biti samo 20m do šetališta 😉 iako jeste baš blizu, pređete ulicu, prođete kroz autiće na baterije i baštu brze hrane - i eto vas na šetalištu 😊 pređete šetalište popreko i eto vas na plaži! Extra! Domaćini su pristojni u vredni ljudi, reklo bi se i dobrostojeći, imaju veliki frizerski salon u prizemlju već više decenija. Ljubazni, taman kako treba, kulturni... Dva puta smo dobili kolače 😄 Kuća je u sjajnom stanju, sa raznim pogodnostima. Apartman je bio opremljen svakakvim aparatima: tosterom, kuvalom, cedilicom za agrume, mikserom za frape, ali nažalost sa samo jednom ringlom (rešo), bez rerne. Nama je bilo dovoljno. Sve je u odličnom stanju, imate i mreže protiv komaraca, roletne, zavese, tendu, česmu na terasi, sav potreban escajg i posuđe. Plus, zavesa na kadi. I to odgovarajuće dužine! Hej! To je retkost! Upravo u toj opremljenosti se vidi da su gazde dobrostojeće. Nisu štedeli. Naš apartman je orijentisan u pravcu mora, jedini takav, a i more se čak videlo, kroz krošnje palmi, pored krovova... Vikendima je bila galama ispod terase zbog neke brze hrane, ali nije strašno, nemaju muziku. Muzika se čuje od plažnog bara Versus, mada se od njih trese cela Asprovalta, posebno vikendima, tako da od toga ne možete pobeći, ako ste već izabrali ovo mesto... Svakako, ako vam to smeta, gledajte da budete što dalje od njih. Mi smo bili 15 noći. Nas troje, žena, ja i trogodišnja ćerka, u 4 krevetnom apartmanu. Posteljinu su nam promenili jendom, posle nedelju dana, odnosno dobili smo čiste peškire i posteljinu da zamenimo sami, što je postao običaj po Grčkoj, kako smo čuli. Ovde dolazimo i do TOG problema. Elem, dušeci su UŽASNI! Ja nisam znao da dušek može da bude toliko tvrd! Prvih par dana - ne osećate, još ste "odmorni"... Onda smo bili u čudu, neverici... Posle 3-4 noći, počelo je da nas žulja, da se budimo noću, ujutro podočnjaci... Svakako, nismo se naspavali 15 dana! Da nismo bili sa malim detetom, pa smo od radosti i obaveza potiskivali taj OGROMAN problem, sve bi nam preselo... Ovako, svesni muke, odlučili smo da se snađemo i preko kreveta prebacili jorgane sa sva tri kreveta (našeg bračnog i dva pojedinačna) i tek preko toga čaršav! Tako je bilo podnošljivo... Dakle muka... Udobnije je spavati na kamenu... Verujte, toliko smo bili premoreni od tako lošeg spavanja da sam zaspao na zidu fontane, u centru Asprovalte, za 10 sekundi. POSEBAN PROBLEM - dušek je dugačak 190cm!?!? Meni su stopala visila preko ivice (187 visina). Pa ko još to stavlja u apartmane? Drugo je kupiti za sebe ako si niži od 180, pa ajde... Ali za turizam... Tako da, pretpostavljam da ih je neko ozbiljno prevario i prodao im bofl, ali svakako - budite uvereni - nećete se na njima naspavati. Nadam se da će ova recenzija uticati da pobacaju te dušeke i ulože u neke kvalitetne, bili bi smeštaj bez mane! Moram dodati, pre dve godine smo kupovali dušek za naš krevet, sve smo probali, videli, naučili... Suštinski, ovakav dušek bi mogao biti odgovarajući isključivo mlađim osobama (manje važno), do 25, srednje ili visoke gojaznosti (važnije), nižim od 180 cm. Eto, mi smo vitki i dugački, ja 187cm i 78kg, o dami ne smem; oboje smo zdravi, pravi i aktivni, do dušeka je, ne do nas, budite uvereni 😉

Divan smjestaj, cist, blizu plaze, sa preljepim dvoristem i terasom. Jako ljubazni domacini, gostoprimljivi, uvjek dostupni. P.S. za administratore: U smestaju smo bili 22.7. - 3.8. ali smo domacine kontaktirali direktno preko kontakt informacija koje smo nasli ovdje na sajtu.
