The reservation can be canceled free of charge at the latest:

• 15 days before the date of arrival in the period: 17/06 - 14/07, 26/08 - 08/09, 02/06 - 04/06;
• 22 days before the date of arrival in the period: 15/07 - 25/08.

Description

Villa Maria Studios & Apartments is a group of apartments and studios for rent, which is located at the centre of Toroni, just 70 m from the fantastic beach.

Beautiful arches with white and blue as dominant colors, in total harmony with the sea’s aesthetics, which compose the warm and friendly atmosphere of “Villa Maria”.

On the first floor there is a beautiful garden with dining tables and a barbeque, where you can enjoy roasts accompanied with your favourite drink, along with your friends.

Those of you who need fax or internet services can address the hotel whose friendly personnel will assist you willingly. Free Wireless Internet for our quest!

Very close to the hotel there is a private parking area fenced and protected from the sun.

Using the hotel as your starting point you can organize excursions and admire unique sightseeing and enchanting beaches in the surrounding regions like N. Marmaras, Sarti, Parthenonas, Agio Oros and Porto Koufo is in a distance of just 1.5 km.

It’s worth truing fishing, diving, trekking, swimming and all water sports.  You can play beach soccer, and beach volley, while the children are occupied in the playground.

You can also rent a car or motorcycle which will be delivered to you anyplace you choose.

Accommodation

All rooms and apartments provide air-conditioning, television, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven and all necessary pieces of equipment, as well as mosquito-nets, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom with hot water 24 hours a day that will all make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Moreover some things that are characteristic to “Villa Maria” are the big family apartments that it has, over 40 m2, with separate bedrooms for parents and children all with their own private bathroom. Where up to two families, 7 people in total can be accommodated.

All apartments are spacious and their decoration, particularly attentive and well-matched with the summer mood.

Svake godine letujemo u Grckoj,ovakav smestaj do sad nismo imali. Cisto,uredno,sve je novo,sobe se ciste svaki dan,peskiri menjaju na 2 dana,posteljina na 3 dana,klima,kuhinja sa svim potrebnim elementima,terasa za pravo uzivanje,privatani parking. Domacini su jako ljubazni i gostoprimljivi,bas su nas lepo docekali. Sve pohvale
