Accommodation cancellation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Villa Magnolia Possidi is located in Kassandra, near Cape Possidi, one of the biggest attractions on the peninsula. It's set 2000 meters from the beach, in a private garden with a swimming pool, a barbecue, an outdoor dining area, and parking. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

Accommodation

The villa is decorated in a traditional spirit, with two floors and a total of 100m². The ground floor offers a living room with two couches, a bathroom, and an equipped kitchen.

The first floor consists of a small living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. One has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. On the second floor is another bedroom with a double bed.

In the beautiful and spacious garden, there is a swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, as well as a barbecue and dining area. A comfortable swing, sunbeds, and a parasol are available to guests, along with private parking spaces.
