Just a 3-minute walk from the center of Parga and Kryoneri Beach, Villa Lithitsa offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea or the mountains.

A TV and fridge are included in all rooms at the Lithitsa. Each has a private bathroom with bath or shower.

The sandy beach of Valtos is at a distance of 1.2 mi. Free private parking is possible at the property.
