RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation acceptable not later than 22 days before arrival date.
2. If cancellation is done 21 days before the arrival day no amount is refundable.
3. Not appearance at the arrival date will result cancellation of your reservations and no amount of deposit will be refund.
4. In case of cancellation during your stay, you should pay compensation to the hotel, 50% of the value of the remaining period of your stay.
5. In case of extra person not listed in the reservation confirmation you should pay an extra cost of 25% per person/day.
6. Guests must pay the full cost of any damage they cause to property.
7. It's not allowed for the guests to invite friends or relatives to visit them during their stay in the hotel without owner's permission.

The hotel Villa Karavitsi is located in Sithonia Chalkidiki, a short distance from the village of Neos Marmaras. It’s a family business with a presence in the tourism industry for over 20 years.

The hotel is located just steps from the private beach, which makes it an ideal choice for quality and wonderful holiday in a green area of 10 acres with trees and colorful flowers. The location and the friendly family atmosphere create a relaxed atmosphere making each guest's stay memorable.

On the beach of our hotel lies our beach bar, offering sunbeds and umbrellas where guests can enjoy coffee, small lunches and cocktails.
