Filian Apartments is located only 10 meters from the Paradissos beach, in Neos Marmaras, on the peninsula of Sithonia.

Accommodation

Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children, all studios have the same layout and amenities. They consist of a single open-plan space with a double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. There are two studios on each level.

There are also two apartments available — number 504 is located on the first floor, and number 507 on the second floor. They consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a large sofa bed (170x200 cm), a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. The apartments are equipped with two air conditioning units and two TVs.

Kitchens in all accommodation units are intended only for preparing light meals; frying and cooking are not allowed.

Units on the first and second floors are being prepared for the 2026 season, and photos will be available after May 15th.
