• Pet fee - 50 EUR/ per stay. Security deposit - 300 EUR per stay.

• Minimum stay from 14/06 till 13/09 is 7 nights; During other periods is 4 nights.
• Cleaning - once midweek (circa every 3-4 days for longer stays).
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus bank costs.
• If canceled between 45-59 days before arrival, 30% of the advance payment will be refunded (refund minus Bank costs).
• If canceled under 45 days before arrival, early departure or no-show, there is no refund.

Description

Villa Kalisti is located in Agia Varvara on Lefkada, 5.5 kilometers from the town of Lefkas, and has a capacity of 4+2 (it is ideal for 4 guests, but there is a possibility to place two children on the sofa bed). It is 430 m from the sea and 3.2km from the Blue Paradise Beach. The villa has been recently renovated to high standards and with all modern comforts.

Accommodation

It consists of a living room, a kitchen, and two separate bedrooms. The living room is equipped with bright furniture and large windows with a view of the yard and greenery and is connected to the kitchen. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a hotplate, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a French coffee machine, an espresso capsule machine (Dolce Gusto), a toaster, and a kettle.

The bedroom contains a double bed and is also tastefully decorated and equipped with bright furniture. The second room contains two single beds and has a view of the greenery. The apartment has a smaller toilet, which is close to the bedroom, and one bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation has a spacious terrace decorated with flowers, as well as a yard surrounded by greenery, where there is a rest area with deckchairs, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a pool table. Orange and lemon trees, olive trees, pomegranate trees, and apricot trees create an environment that contributes to the complete atmosphere. Guests can stay here during the day, but also in the evening, because the space is beautifully lit.

The villa is recommended for families or friends who want a pleasant vacation in a natural environment.
