The rental rooms of Villa Irida are located in the beautiful Sarti and namely in Sithonia peninsula, "the second leg" of Chalkidiki. It is a tidy complex of rooms, built with passion and love for its guests so that to ensure them a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Villa Irida stands out for its own personality and also for its geographical location that offers you the opportunity to visit the mountain and the sea, alternating the views of the mountain with those of the sea. Villa Irida has a garden (+1000m2) with olive trees and grass. Villa Irida is located 130m from the beautiful sandy beach of Sarti. This combination makes Villa Irida an ideal holiday destination. You will be delighted with the accommodation, the comfort and the cleanliness of our rooms and also with the kindness and the hospitality of the owner.

Villa Irida is opened from April to November and is expecting you to offer its services. It belongs to the two (2) keys category.

The rooms of Villa Irida

Villa Irida consists of 6 quadruple studios (24m2), beautifully decorated, with emphasis on the colors of the rainbow and fully equipped to offer you a comfortable stay and 2 new cottages (40m2). Also, if you wish, we offer you a small bed and a special chair for your baby.

Studios have a double bed and a bunk bed. Wooden cottages are located in the same garden, next to each other, each has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds with a drawer bed), living room (with sofa bed) and kitchen (a bit separated from living space).

There is 1 apartment luxe (35m2) for 2+1 people with air condition and 2 TVs and a studio for disabled people (37m2) for 2+1 people with air condition and a TV.
