• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

The unique location in a quiet area in the center of Potos, very close to all magnificent beaches that stretch east and south of the island.

The rooms are nicely decorated and equipped with modern amenities that guarantee relaxation and autonomy.

Villa Irida has also, a great tavern to taste grilled home cooked meat. The tavern 'George' is open all day offering traditional food in Villa Irida’s garden!

A highly decorated studio which emphasized in comfort and cleanliness. It has a double bed and a sofa. The kitchenette is equipped to prepare snacks. The studios private bathroom is brand new and spacious. The balconies are furnished, overlooking the garden and the mountain.
In every room, extra bed can be added (with extra charge).

TRIPLE STUDIOS

A highly decorated studio which emphasised in comfort and cleanliness. It has a double bed and a single bed. The kitchenette is equipped to prepare snacks. The studios private bathroom is brand new and spacious. The balconies are furnished, overlooking the garden and the mountain. In every room, extra bed can be added (with extra charge).

QUADRUPLE STUDIOS

A highly decorated studio which emphasised in comfort and cleanliness. It has a double bed and a sofa-bed which can accommodate 1 to 2 children. The kitchenette is equipped to prepare snacks. The studios private bathroom is brand new and spacious. The balconies are furnished, overlooking the garden and the mountain. In every room, extra bed can be added (with extra charge).
