• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

The Villa Iordanis is a calm place for family holidays next to the beach of Psili Ammos with panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the amazing sunsets. In the evening you can enjoy the tranquility and moonlight of a night sky full of stars. The villa is just 30 meters from the beach and the units can host 3-5 persons.

The Villa Iordanis is 4 km after Potos Village right above of the beach of Psili Ammos.

Accommodation

Villa Iordanis consists of 3 accommodation units on the hill above the Psili Ammos Beach and all of them have a panoramic view.

Quadruple duplex apartment - first floor, 45m²

The apartment is suitable for up to 5 people and consists of 2 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the second has 2 single beds with linens of 100% cotton. In the bright living room there is a sofa bed and a plasma TV. The apartment has a kitchen which is fully-equipped with all the necessary devices to prepare a meal. Also an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue are available for our guests to prepare summer food. Finally the apartment has bathroom with shower, air-condition and free Wi-Fi, as well as 2 balconies with a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea.

Triple studio - ground floor, 23m²

The studio is suitable for up to 4 people (3 adults and 1 child) and consists of one double bed and a folding armchair. It has a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, air-condition, TV and free Wi-Fi. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on the balcony, along with a glass of wine and watching the stars reflected in the sea.

Triple bungalow - 25m²

The bungalow is suitable for up to 4 people (3 adults and 1 child) and consists of one spacious room with a double bed and 2 sofa-beds. The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, air-condition, TV and free Wi-Fi. It has a sea view from the terrace.

In the yard there’s a private parking lot.

Upravo smo se vratili sa Tasosa prepuni utisaka. Smeštaj je predivan! Domaćini su stariji par Kula i Jordanis koji su komunikativni, uvek raspoloženi i na raspolaganju. Ništa apsolutno ne fali, ambijent je fantastičan, za sve što treba Kula je bila tu (čisti peškiri, pokrivači, posteljina, pegla…). Pogled na jednu od najlepših plaža Psili Ammos sa predivnim zalascima sunca… Mir i tišina, za pravi odmor, a veoma “živ” grad Potos je na 4-5 min vožnje. Lokacija je idealna, bilo nam je predivno.
