Villa Ioanna Lefkada

Villa Ioanna is a part of a complex Anthemis Villas, which is situated at the coastal settlement of Kariotes, on the visitor-favorite island of Lefkada. The complex is offering top-rate accommodation in a luscious green, serene and especially hospitable location, minutes away from the town of Lefkada and cosmopolitan Nidri.

At a distance of 3,5 km from the centre of the town and just 10 km from Nidri, you and your loved ones can enjoy their holidays in a home-away-from-home environment, choosing from our 3 detached furnished residences (villas): the one villa can comfortably host 6 persons, while the other two can accommodate 8 persons. Each villa offers a private swimming pool.

Alexandra and Fotis, the young couple who manage the villas, are Survey Engineers who have put their knowledge to practice to achieve a high aesthetic result, unembellished luxury and an emphasis on helpful details inside each villa, so that you may feel each novelty in a very familiar way in the hospitable environment at the heart of your vacation.

Accommodation - Villa Ioanna

The villa is on the ground level and it is built on levels which are separated with few steps. On the main level there is the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the household effects and the electric appliances. In the living room there is a large corner coach which can be used as a bed for two people, a modern dining table for 8 people and a bathroom.

One level below there is a bedroom with a double comfortable bed with its own bathroom. The bedroom borders on the living room for which the access is independent of the main entrance. 

A level above the living room there are 2 bedrooms where in the one there is a double bed and in the other there are two single beds and a spacious bathroom.

All the bedrooms of the villa have wardrobes, anatomic mattresses, a LED TV set, air conditioning and they are decorated in a simple and modern style.   

In the veranda of the villa there is comfortable furniture where guests relax in green-clad garden and they can have beautiful moments by their private swimming pool. They can also have a barbeque with friends or family.
