Villa Evangelia

Villa Evangelia is situated in the central part of Nikiti close to the sea and comprises our 80 m2 Prestige Suite, 30m2 Deluxe studio, and 25 m2 Vintage studio. The décor is modern-classic and the setting of the Villa is oriented towards functionality and comfort. The sea is only a few minutes walk away and the access to the villa is effortless. 

The Villa is surrounded by Thujas on the entrance side, Gold Crests on the front side and lawn on the third side, providing 500 m2 of garden space.

Deluxe Studio (30m2)

Our 30m² Deluxe studio stands out for its spacious environment and luxury. Our elegant double beds in dark grey Hammerite color are complemented by lavish mattresses with independent springs and comfort foam. Our open-plan 3-meter kitchen is designed to high standards with multiple cupboards, a ceramic encased TEKA hob with oven and a powerful crystal TEKA fan, along with a full-size inox Samsung fridge. 

Alongside the Hitachi air conditioning unit, we have opted for a powerful ceiling fan, for sensitive children and adults that prefer natural cooling. Our Samsung 24' LED TV Series 5 provides ample viewing pleasure and quality of the picture. Guests can enjoy breakfast on their balcony or at our large metallic garden table for 5 guests. For added security and noise reduction, our Deluxe studio is reinforced by two doors; an entrance door and a full-frame security armored door at the apartment.

Vintage Studio (25m2)

An elegant and luxurious all-new studio, designed in Vintage themes, with a lux bathroom. Prestige Suite (80m2)

The newly renovated 80m2 Prestige Suite is defined by elegance, functionality, and comfort. Located on the first floor of our Villa, the backside, offers unparalleled tranquility and privacy.

Adjustable hidden LED lights complement plasterboard ceiling lights, 43' 4K LED TVs, powerful air conditioning units, and premium mattresses. Professional 50mbit VDSL WiFi, enhanced with a Cisco antenna, offers constant high speed and stability of the signal.

The Suite comprises of 2 Master bedrooms, separated in between by our independent 14m2 kitchen with ceramic Teka hob and crystal fan, one bathroom with bathtub shower and a WC.

Each bedroom has a 150 * 200 bed for adults and a 140 * 200 bed for the children, 4 beds total up to 8 guests with children. The 14m2 kitchen has a dining table and chairs, along with the balcony metallic table and chairs.

Apartment (120m2)

The 120m2 apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and WC and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are located in the front of the house in an adjoining space of 50 m2. The living room provides a couch set of 6 spaces in red-brown mahogany color, in white fine cotton fabric with embedded flower designs. It also provides a large 46” LED Samsung TV Series 7, encased in an asymmetric plasterboard design with silver aluminum/anthracite stone wallpaper and back-wall electric blue LED light, HDMI Satellite channels, and High Definition Sony DVD player. The dining room offers a large table for 8 and an open fireplace. The kitchen is of cream glossy lacquer and the equipment is functional with a ceramic 4-position electric hob with oven, microwave oven, Inox refrigerator, and freezer. On the left of the kitchen, there is a storage room. The walls are painted in a light cream–lilac color and are illuminated with diffuse warm light by the stunning lighting systems on the ceilings. They consist of vertical rectangular pieces of glass with captured air bubbles. The system is adjusted by dimmers, creating an unbelievably relaxing or vibrant atmosphere with candles. The atmosphere is further enriched by abstract art paintings in golden frames that in total create a warm and elegant atmosphere. The 3 bedrooms offer luxurious metallic and wooden Queen Double beds with the back walls covered in professional wallpaper of brown cork and aluminum pigments. The rooms are complemented by Oak wooden floors, large closets and carpets. The rooms are located in the back of the building in a quiet environment, away from the noise. The house also includes a middle door that separates the living room from the bedrooms, blocking the noise. There are also 2 bathrooms/WC with a small lobby and a black glass sink.
