• There is no possibility of accommodating additional persons regardless of the age.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Villa Dimitris is a detached house located just 100 meters from the beach at Livrohio (Trani Ammouda), on the peninsula of Sithonia.

The villa has parking, BBQ facilities, a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds, a large living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. 

It can accommodate up to 4 adults and a baby.

Ove godine u junu bili smo u ovom smjestaju.Prezadovoljni, -kucom, vlasnikom, sadrzajima.Sve je renovirano ove godine, bolje nego na slikama izgleda,ocjena 10od 10. Kuca se nalazi odmah pored Ana Xofi apartmana, plaža blizu,u kuci ste sami. Vlasnik je tu za sve sto vam treba, a nije tu da vas nadzire, zaista za svaku preporuku.Dimitris svaka cast
