Villa Chris's Stays

Villa Chris's Stay is located in the village of Kalamitsi, on the Sithonia peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 180 meters from the beach. The accommodation is part of a peaceful complex of two-story maisonette villas and can accommodate up to 7 adults and up to 2 children. Thanks to its location close to the sea, supermarkets, beach bars, and tavernas, it is a convenient choice for families and larger groups looking for accommodation near the beach while staying away from the main tourist crowds.

Accommodation

On the first floor, there is the main bedroom equipped with a king-size bed for two guests, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. The room opens onto a private terrace overlooking the courtyard, providing an additional outdoor space for relaxation.

The ground floor includes two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, a sofa bed suitable for one additional guest, a portable electric fan, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is designed for three guests and features three single beds, a portable electric fan, a wardrobe, and a window overlooking the courtyard.

On the same level, there is a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area. The living room features two sofas that can be used as additional sleeping space for up to two children aged 6–7 years. The area is air-conditioned and equipped with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi internet. The living room provides access to the private terrace and fenced courtyard.

The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for preparing daily meals during the stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator with freezer, cookware, pots, basic kitchen utensils, and all necessary equipment for self-catering. The bathroom and washing machine are also located on this level.

Guests can enjoy a private fenced courtyard with an outdoor seating area, as well as a barbecue (BBQ) area, suitable for preparing meals and spending time together during the holiday.

Parking is not reserved within the property, but free public parking is available approximately 5 meters from the accommodation.
