• Quite time - from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Villa Bozis is located in Siviri, on the Kassandra peninsula, 2 kilometers from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people and 2 infants. The villa offers a spacious terrace with a sea view and a large, beautifully decorated garden with a swimming pool.

Accommodation

The villa has three bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. There are two couches and a TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a dining area.

The villa also features two private bathrooms with showers, toiletries, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. It is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet. A large terrace offers a view of the sea and a seating area.

The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden with a private pool, barbecue, outdoor furniture, and parking space. In the yard are two gazebos - one smaller with a bed and the other bigger with an outdoor area for dining and sitting. There are deckchairs with umbrellas by the pool. A ping pong table and a trampoline are available to guests.
