Description

Villa Antonis is centrally located in the picturesque Parga, about 200m from the beach. It's a fully renovated and modern building with all comforts and has a neoclassical facade in perfect harmony with the picturesque alleyways and traditional neighborhoods of Parga.

Accommodation

Villa has a swimming pool, a reception hall and a tourist information desk.

The villa offers Superior Double Studios with one double or two single beds. Each of them is air-conditioned with a balcony overlooking the pool. They also contain kitchenette with cooking hobs and fridge. Each comes with a flat-screen 32'' TV and a private bathroom with shower.

From the 2025 season, Deluxe Double Rooms are also available. They are located on the top floor of the building and offer a view of the town, the hills, and a partial view of the sea. The rooms are completely new and luxuriously furnished. They don't have a standard kitchen, but only a fridge, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

All units have a terrace with a table and chairs, and it is the only area where smoking is allowed.

Accommodation is cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are replaced every other day.

Valtos Beach is a 15-minute walk away from the property. Ferries to Paxoi Islands leave from Parga Port 500m from the villa.

There is no parking available.
