• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Located in Neos Marmaras on the west side of the Sithonia, Vicky Villas is an ideal choice for those who are looking for a modern accommodation outside the town. It offers private parking available on site, as well as a children's playground and a barbecue.

Accommodation

The accommodation Vicky Villas was built in 2018. and it has 5 apartments that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Three apartments are set on the ground floor, while two are on the first floor. They have one double bed in the bedroom, one folding sofa bed for 2 people that is in the living room, a kitchen with fridge and mini-stove and a bathroom with glass shower. There are 2 balconies, one on the backside and the other in front of the building. There is an outdoor playground for children in the garden and private parking spaces.

Vicky Villas are about 2 km away from the city beach.

Linen and towels are replaced every 3 days, along with the cleaning.

It is necessary to mention that hours of public order and peace are 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-8:00.

The accommodation is opened all year round.
