• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation
The house is spread over three levels (ground floor, first floor, and second floor) and includes two living rooms, two kitchens, three bathrooms, three terraces, and six bedrooms.
Ground Floor
The ground floor features a spacious open-plan area with a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a terrace (veranda).
The living room is air-conditioned and includes a sofa bed, with the possibility of adding one extra bed upon request.
The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a large refrigerator, oven, stove, and extractor hood.
The bedrooms are connected within one space (there is a wall between them, but not along the full length, so they are not completely separated). One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds.
Both the living room and the bedroom provide access to the terrace, which is furnished with outdoor furniture.
The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower with a shower tray, washbasin, and toilet.
First Floor
The first floor consists of another living room, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, and a terrace.
The living room is air-conditioned and features a TV and a corner sofa.
The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and includes an electric kettle and a coffee machine.
The bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning.
The bathroom is standardly equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
From the living room, guests can access a large terrace with sea view, furnished with outdoor dining furniture, ideal for open-air meals.
Second Floor
The second floor includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a terrace.
The bathroom is equipped in the same way as the other bathrooms in the property.
Two bedrooms feature a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The terrace offers a sea view and is furnished with outdoor furniture.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests have access to a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The complex features a yard, and a barbecue is available upon request.
The entire complex is covered by free Wi-Fi.
Street parking is available in front of the complex.
Small pets are welcome.
