Description

Tritonas House Complex Nikiti is located in a beautiful part of Nikiti, on the western coast of the Sithonia peninsula. It is approximately 90 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport and only 72 meters from the sandy beach and crystal-blue sea, whose beauty leaves visitors breathless. The complex consists of two houses (House N1 and House N2). The maximum capacity of one house is 8 guests (7 adults and 1 child).

Accommodation

Both houses have an identical room layout and equipment.

Each house has three levels (ground floor, first floor, and second floor), comprising 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, and a terrace.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a double sofa bed and air conditioning. Within this area, there is also a dining space (with a table and chairs) and a very well-equipped kitchen, which includes a large refrigerator, oven, stove, and electric kettle. From this room, there is access to a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture. The ground floor also has a toilet equipped with a WC and washbasin.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a single bed. Both rooms are air-conditioned. The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower with a shower tray, a washbasin, and a WC.

The second floor consists of one room – a bedroom with one double bed, one single bed, and air conditioning.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The entire complex is covered with free wireless internet. Guests have access to a private yard, and a barbecue is available upon request. The accommodation has one washing machine. Free public parking is available 30 meters from the property. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
