Trikeri 1 Apartments is located in the village of Skala Maries on Thasos Island, approximately 105 meters from the beach. The property offers two accommodation units that can host from 2 to 5 guests.

Accommodation

This unit is located on the ground floor and consists of a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchen area, and a bathroom. The bedroom features two joined single beds. The living area includes two sofas used for sleeping. The kitchen is part of the living space and is equipped for meal preparation. In front of the apartment, there is a covered terrace with views of the yard and the street, furnished for seating.

One-bedroom apartment 2 (for up to 5 guests)

This apartment is located on the first floor and is larger than the ground-floor unit. It consists of a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom has two joined single beds. The living room includes a double bed and an additional sofa bed for one person. The kitchen is integrated into the living space and is suitable for meal preparation. The apartment features a spacious terrace with views of the sea, the yard, and the surrounding area. This unit also includes a microwave oven.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi internet, as well as mosquito nets on the windows. The kitchens are fully equipped for meal preparation, and the bathrooms include shower cabins. Each unit has access to a private terrace.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is provided every four days.

The yard is fenced and well maintained, featuring greenery and an outdoor seating area. Guests have access to a shared outdoor kitchen and a relaxation area in the courtyard.
Parking is provided within the property (one space per apartment). If additional parking is needed, street parking is available in front of the property.
