Description

Happy Villa is located on the island of Thassos, in the village of Skala Maries. It is 250 meters away from the nearest beach.

Accommodation

The property consists of two studios located on the ground floor and one apartment located on the first floor. The maximum capacity of each studio is 3 persons, while the apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons (2 adults and 3 children).

The studios have the same layout and equipment. They feature a double bed (or two single beds), a television, a kitchen equipped with a two-burner stovetop, microwave oven, refrigerator, and kitchenware, a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer), and a terrace with outdoor furniture and a sea view. There is an option to add one extra bed. The studios are air-conditioned.

The apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed, television, air conditioning, and a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, kitchenware, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom is standardly equipped – it includes a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. The bedroom features a sofa for one person (child), a double bed, and air conditioning. The terrace (accessible from both rooms) is equipped with outdoor furniture suitable for dining and offers a sea view.

Bed linen and towels are provided in all units. Their replacement, as well as cleaning, is done every 3 days. All accommodation units have access to free Wi-Fi internet. Small pets are welcome (upon request during booking). Parking is available on the street in front of the villa. Guests have access to a shared yard with a barbecue area. An iron and a baby crib are available upon request.
