Traditional Guesthouse Oasis

Built in 1980 and slightly renovated recently, Traditional Guesthouse Oasis is set in Neos Marmaras, in a quiet area called Touristika that is only 400m away from the Paradisos Beach. It’s built of traditional materials (wood, stone and marble) and in exceptional north-east position of Neos Marmaras, which makes it extra cool in the summer and in combination with the green of the trees and garden colours make it a true oasis.

You can find shops and a pharmacy at the distance 200m. The center of Neos Marmaras is about 420m away.

Accommodation

There are six studios in total, with a maximum capacity for 2-3 persons. Half of them is located on the first floor and other half in front of the yard.

They are air-conditioned and equipped with a ceiling fan, mosquito nets, TV, Wi-Fi internet, a kitchenette (a stovetop, a fridge with a freezer, kitchenware) and a bathroom with shower.

Double studios have a double bed, triple studios have a double bed and an extra bed with thicker mattress.

Studios on the ground floor are covered by an awning, studios on the upper floor have terraces that are separated and offer a partial sea view and uninhabited Kelyfos island.

The replacement of bed sheets and towels is done after 3-4 nights, depending on the stay. Guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the studios.

There is no private parking, the guests can find a parking space on the street. In the external area, you will find a barbecue, a traditional wood oven and a 3-person swing.
