Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

The TORONI LUXURY VILLAS complex consisting of 4 independent new villas is a unique destination located in the village of Toroni in the Sithonia peninsula of Halkidiki. A luxury and comfortable place by the sea. In a large fenced yard allows the children to play safely while the adults can relax with privacy in the gazebo with barbecue.

This quiet place with wonderful mountains and sea views is perfect for a memorable comfortable and luxurious vacation away from traffic noise. There is private parking for the guest's convenience. Individually designed spacious rooms only 150 meters away from the Toroni beach. Make a gift to yourself and enjoy a unique relaxation!

For season 2024 only Villa Orange and Villa Natalie are available.

Accommodation

Each villa (230m2) may comfortably host up to 8 guests plus two children in four bedrooms with four beds and four bathrooms.

Deluxe Villa is a combination of traditional and modern styles in comfortable rooms. This villa has a Jacuzzi in the attic with a splendid mountain and sea view!

Orange Villa offers cozy and comfortable luxury rooms with modern design!

Villa Natalie offers cozy and comfortable luxury rooms with modern design!

White Villa offers cozy and comfortable luxury rooms with a Mediterranean design!

Activities: Table tennis & cycling (bicycles are available for free use).

Cleaning is done every day, towels and linen are changed every 3 days.
