Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Toroni Dreams Studios and Apartments is located in Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula. The complex is set in a little street that leads directly to the beach (280 meters), and is surrounded by olive trees and flowers. It offers apartments for 4-5 people with a beautifully landscaped yard and private parking.

Accommodation

The complex consists of 5 apartments, each with a separate entrance.

There are three two-bedroom apartments available that can accommodate up to 5 people (No. 1, 3, and 5). They are identically organized and each unit has two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with two smaller double beds. There is also the possibility of adding a baby cot.

The remaining two apartments have one bedroom and are intended for 4 people each. Apartment no. 2 has a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa in the room with the kitchen that folds out into a double bed. Apartment no. 4 also has a bedroom with a double bed, while the second room features bunk beds.

All kitchens contain the same equipment - a large refrigerator, a mini stove with an oven, and dishes, while the private bathrooms have showers.

The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with television and free Wi-Fi internet. Bed linen and towels are provided - bed linen is changed every 7 days, and towels are changed every 3 days.

The complex includes a pleasant, green environment with lots of natural shade. Three units have separate yards and barbecues, while one smaller and one larger apartment share them. Each has its own seating area.

Free private parking is available to all guests, and small pets are allowed upon agreement with the owners.

Toroni, Sithonia
