• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Thomas House is positioned 50 meters from Tripotamos beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. Tripotamos beach is located between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia Peninsula. According to its structure, it is a maisonette on three levels, with accommodation capacity for ten people.

Accommodation

On the ground floor of the duplex there is a living room with a TV and a corner sofa. There is a kitchen with a large, combined fridge, glass ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave oven, toaster and coffee machine. On the ground floor, there is also one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a third bedroom equipped with a sofa bed for two people. The third floor, i.e. the attic, is in the form of a gallery in which there is a mattress for two more people.

The maisonette is air-conditioned, and guests have access to TV, Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine. Guests have two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Small pets are allowed, but with an additional charge and prior agreement with the owners.

The balcony with a view of the sea is equipped with outdoor furniture.

The spacious yard is carefully maintained, and guests have a barbecue at their disposal as part of the yard.

During the stay, the guests are kept on their own for cleaning, maintenance of the facility, change of bed linen and towels, at the end of the stay a mandatory surcharge for the cleaning service, considering that the guests enter a clean and tidy facility.

There is a private parking lot within the complex.
