Thetis Boutique Apartments is just 300 metres from the centre of Marmaras, where you can enjoy a stroll and visit the shops, small tavernas, and café bars, which will make your holidays a little more lively. The reception area and a comfortable lobby await you on the ground floor, where you can enjoy your welcome drinks upon arrival. There is free public parking all around the hotel and a municipal parking lot just 100 metres for additional free parking. A special ramp has at the building’ side entrance provides access to people with disabilities.

Breakfast

Breakfast in a basket, served in-room, at a time of the guest’s choosing between 08.00 and 10.00. We also provide a vegan breakfast and gluten free breakfast.

Breakfast is a very healthy Greek breakfast. Bread, butter, honey, jam, croissants, pies (with cheese, bougatsa, spinach). We also have yogurt with cereals or nuts, dako salad, sandwiches, some cereal bars, eggs, cake, coffee, juice, milk etc. the menu changes every day, so it is a pleasant surprise every morning is quite rich. We do not have any cold cuts and meat, except for 1 day we have the sandwiches.

Changing the towels every day, sheets every 2-3 days.

Accommodation

Thetis Boutique Apartments has 9 modern and comfortable rooms with all amenities. They combine luxury, elegance, and cleanliness, providing high quality accommodation to any visitor in search of a space that offers comfort, tranquillity, pleasure, and beauty.

All of our rooms are airy, sunny, with large French windows, and large double beds. They are suitable for couples, newlyweds, and small families. They have large balconies with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your breakfast with a view of the sea, the village, and the renowned Porto Carras Grand Resort.

There is an electric stove in the rooms, but it is PROHIBITED to fry and cook heavy meals, such as fish, meat, etc., also the customer is not allowed to bring his own cooking utensils, such as fryers or pots, etc.

It is not allowed to move the furniture from its place.

All rooms are non-smoking.

No outside guests are allowed on the property, for example if some of their friends are staying nearby, only those staying inside are not allowed to enter.

Comfort studios with sea or park views. These 25 sq. m. double rooms are located on the  ground floor and 2nd floor. They are comfortable rooms, beautifully decorated, with all modern amenities.

Junior Suites with sea views. These large triple rooms have a double bed and a chaise lounge-sofa in the same space. Designed with a unique aesthetic approach, they offer absolute comfort.

Luxury Suites with sea views. These rooms consist of two spaces, with a double bed and a sofa that folds out into a second double bed. For absolute luxury, select the luxury suite with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Luxurious rooms that offer a sense of privacy.

Comfort studio suitable for people with disabilities. This specially designed room covers the needs of people with disabilities. It is located on the ground floor and offers a comfortable and pleasant stay for people with disabilities.
